เป็นวีซ่าที่ทำการแต่งงาน หรือทำติดตาม ผู้ที่ถือPR หรือผู้ที่ถือสัญชาติออสเตรเลีย (Australian Spouse Visa or Australian Partner Visa 820 )  ทำด้วยตัวเองง่ายๆโดยไม่ต้องเสียเงินจ้างทนายหรือเอเจ้นทำให้ครับ ผมจะบอกอย่างละเอียดและทุกขั้นตอน ครับ

1. Do the police check from Thailand first coz this’s the longest process which take about 2months 

Thai police check form_app -Fill up the form attached
–ขั้นตอนและเอกสารที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ โดยทั่วไปแล้วก็จะเป็นอย่างข้างล่างนี้นะครับ

เอกสารที่ต้องส่งไปด้วยมีดังนี้
– ใบคำร้องที่กรอกเรียบร้อยแล้ว
– สำเนาพาสปอร์ต
– สำเนาบัตรประชาชน (ถ้ามี)
– สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน (ถ้ามี)
– สำเนาเอกสารผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือ รด. (สมุดเล่มเขียว) (ถ้ามี)
– รูปถ่าย passport size 2 รูป
– International Reply Coupon จำนวน 5 ใบ สามารถซื้อได้ที่ไปรษณีย์
-Tracking international envelop (around 42$) address to

Police Clearance Service Centre
At Special Branch (Building 24)
Royal Thai Police Headquarters
Rama 1 Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330

-normal envelop with your address in Sydney. ( no need stamp coz we got international reply coupon already)

Bring all the documents and go to police station only on SAT-SUN ( day st.), ask them to do finger print (47$)
After that they will send all document to thailand.

2. Relationship register
Please find the form attached The document iist is in the form. You need to ask JP to certify the document for you. However, if both of you go to register office(Regent St.) with your ORIGINAL +COPIES, you don’t know the JP to certify the doc for you.
The cost is about 197$ and waiting period is 28 days.

3. Find at least 2 witnesses to sign in declaration form. Those people must be Australian Citizen.
They need to sign the declaration to the certified person; JP, Police, Bank manager, Pharmacist

4. Write down your statement about how you guys met and how the relationship develop…..
