ขั้นตอนการยื่นวีซ่าและการเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับวีซ่านักเรียนออสเตรเลีย สาเหตุที่วีซ่าไม่ผ่าน และอยากมาทำงานควรเรียนอะไร

 

 

วีซ่านักเรียนออสเตรเลียจะยื่นเองก็ได้ หรือจะให้เอเจ้นก็ดีครับ แต่เราควรรู้ด้วยว่าขั้นตอนและเอกสารนั้นใช้อะไรบ้าง  ขั้นตอนคร่าวๆ ดูได้จากที่นี้  หลังจากที่เราได้ชำระเงินค่าเรียนแล้ว เราก็จะได้ COE เพื่อแนบในการยื่นขอวีซ่า โดยเราจะต้องทำการกรอกฟร์อม 157 A  ให้เรียบร้อย   ดูรายละเอียดข้อมูลสำหรับเรื่องวีซ่านักเรียนได้ที่นี้ครับ  ส่วนเรื่องเอกสารนั้น ต้องดูด้วยว่าเราสมัครเรียนอะไร และอยู่ใน Level ไหน   โดยส่วนมากเด็กนักเรียนไทย จะมาวีซ่านักเรียน 3 subclass หลักๆ เท่านั้น

 

1. 570 – Independent ELICOS     จะเป็นเกี่ยวกับคอร์สภาษา และอยู่  level2  เอกสารที่ใช้ในการยื่นวีซ่าดูได้ที่นี้ครับ
2. 572 – Vocational Education and Training   เป็นคอร์สยอดนิยมสุดๆของคนไทย เพราะเรียนน้อย และสามารถทำงานได้สบายครับ อยู่ level2  เอกสารที่ใช้ในการยื่นวีซ่าดูได้ที่นี้ครับ
3. 573 – Higher Education  จะเป็นระดับ ป.ตรีขึ้นไป อยู่ level1 ซึ่งสามารถยื่นขอวีซ่าออนไลน์ได้   เอกสารที่ใช้ในการยื่นวีซ่าดูได้ที่นี้ครับ

 

เหตุผลอันดับ1ที่วีซ่าไม่ผ่านก็คือ ปัญหาเรื่องการเงินสนับสนุนนักเรียนในการเรียนที่ออสเตรเลีย

 

ซึงตามที่อิมมิเกรชั่นกำหนดว่าจะต้องโชว์เงินเท่าไหร่มีหลักเกณฑ์ดังนี้ International students are required to demonstrate and/or declare that they have genuine access to sufficient funds to be granted a Student visa. Applicants may have to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover these expenses for the first one or two years in Australia, depending on their assessment level. See: Student Visa Assessment Levels This helps to ensure students are better able to make the most of their studies and have a safe and enjoyable experience in Australia. Funds should be sufficient to contribute to the cost of travel, tuition, school costs of any dependents, and living costs. The financial requirements per year outlined in the tables below apply from 1 July 2012.

Decision makers will consider a range of factors in determining whether funds demonstrated or declared will be genuinely available to contribute to the cost of studying and living in Australia. These factors may include:

 

• the applicant’s previous financial and immigration history
• the employment history of the applicant or the person providing them with financial support
• the source of the income used (such as cash assets or a bank loan).

 

Where there is doubt about an applicant’s ability to access their claimed funds in Australia, the applicant may be requested to provide further information. Example: Applicants relying on a bank loan may need to show that these funds have been deposited into a bank account to which they have unrestricted access, and that they have the financial capacity to service the loan both before they depart for Australia and once they arrive. *ที่มา http://www.immi.gov.au/students/student-visa-living-costs.htm สรุปได้ง่ายๆๆ ก็คือ  เราควรมีเงินที่โชว์ ปีหล่ะ $18610 + $2000 (ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ) + (ค่าเรียนที่เหลือที่ยังจ่ายไม่หมด) =  เงินที่ต้องโชว์ในแบงค์สแตนเมน ที่แปลงค่าเป็นเงินออสเตรเลียดอลล่า ไม่ใช่เป็นจำหนวนหลัก  หรือคร่าวๆ ก็คือ ต้องมีเงินขั้นต่ำ 5แสน บาท สำหรับเรียนภาษา 6 เดือน  หากเรียนภาษา6เดือน+ดิฟ2ปี ควรมีเงิน1ล้าน5แสนบาท ครับ หากมีเงินที่โชว์น้อยกว่านั้นเลียงกับการวีซ่าไม่ผ่าน หรือหากผ่านก็อาจจะติด 8534 ซึ่งไม่สามารถต่อวีซ่าได้ที่ออสเตรเลีย ต้องกลับมาต่อที่ไทยอย่างเดียว  เงื่อนไขต่างสำหรับวีซ่านักเรียนดูได้ที่นี้ครับ    หลังการที่กรอกฟร์อม157A เสร็จและมีเอกสารต่างๆครบหมดแล้ว ก็เป็นการยื่นวีซ่า โดยที่เราไม่สามารถยื่นตรงกับสถานฑูตออสเตรเลีย ต้องยื่นผ่าน VFS อย่างเดียวเท่านั้น โดยจะมีค่าธรรมเนียมวีซ่านักเรียน 16900 บาท และ ค่าบริการ 600 บาทต่อหนังสือเดินทาง 1 เล่ม สามารถชำระเป็นเงินสดหรือแคชเชียร์เช๊คหรือแบงค์ดราฟท์ โดยสั่งจ่ายบริษัทวีเอฟเอส (ประเทศไทย)จำกัด  สำหรับขั้นตอนการยื่นขอวีซ่าผ่านVFS ดูได้ที่นี้ครับ *หลังจากยื่นเอกสารเสร็จก็รอนัดตรวจสุขภาพ หากไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องสุขภาพ ก็รอรับวีซ่า และก็เตรียมตัวบินมาออสเตรเลียครับ

 

คำถามยอดนิยมหากต้องการมาทำงาน ควรเรียนคอร์สอะไรดี ?

 

English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS)

 

Applies to stand-alone English language courses that lead to a certificate I, II, III or IV, or that result in no formal Australian award สำหรับคนที่ไม่มีผลภาษา หรือว่าภาษาอังกฤษยังไม่ดี ด่านแรกเลย ก็ต้องมาเรียนภาษาก่อนซึ่งควรเรียนอย่างต่ำ 20 สัปดาห์ครับ  หากเป็นไปได้ ผมแนะนำให้เรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่เมืองไทย และสอบIELTS ให้ได้อย่างน้อย ระดับ 5-6 ครับ หรือว่าสอบ TOEFL  600-700   ที่ไทยจะดีกว่า เพราะจะเป็นการประหยัดเงินได้ดีที่สุดครับ หากต้องมาเรียนภาษาที่ออสเตรเลีย จะต้องเสียขั้นต่ำสัปดาห์หล่ะ $150  และหากระดับภาษาไม่ได้ Upper ก็ต้องเรียนต่อไปเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่แพงมาก ช่วงที่เรียนภาษาจะเรียนเกือบทุกวัน หากจะต้องทำงานจะมีเวลาช่วงเย็นจันทร์ถึงศุกร์ และเสาร์อาทิตย์เท่านั้นที่ทำงานได้ หากเป็นไปได้ยอมเสียเวลาเรียนภาษาที่ไทย จะดีกว่าช่วยให้คุณประหยัด และหากมาที่ออสเตรเลียก็จะมีโอกาสหางานที่ดี เพราะมีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษมาจากไทยแล้ว

 

Vocational education and training (VET)

 

Applies to Certificates I, II, III or IV (except ELICOS), VET diploma, VET advanced diploma, vocational graduate certificate or vocational graduate diploma courses. เป็นคอร์สที่เปิดสอนหลายสาขา เช่นท่องเที่ยว การตลาด IT บัญชี  หลักสูตรจะมีตั้งแต่6เดือน ถึง 2ปี เป็นหลักสูตร ยอดนิยมของนักเรียนไทย โดยจะมีเวลาเรียน 2 – 3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หลังจากนั้นก็สามารถทำงานได้เต็มที่ แต่คนที่จะเข้าเรียนได้ต้องมีผลภาษาดังนี้
